For custom packages, a 50% non-refundable retainer payment is required. The remaining 50% payment is due at the time of production. The 50% retainer covers time working on your designs as well as the value of the reservation in my schedule. My schedule is limited to a select amount of brides to ensure proper care so when reserving a date for you, I am forfeiting other potential business. For this reason, retainer payments are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order before printing, further payment is not required as long as no other design services have been added to your package. If the suite has been sent to production, no refunds will be issued.
